Beylikova Livestock Farming Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) was evaluated

A meeting was held at the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry in Eskişehir to evaluate the Livestock Farming Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (TDİOSB) located in the Beylikova district. The meeting aimed to review the activities carried out between June 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. The Inspection Commission, established with the approval of the governorship and coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, convened on May 15, 2024, at the meeting hall of the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, chaired by Deputy Director Rıdvan Akpolat.

Following the examination of the files presented by Yurdal Çetinkaya, the Director of Beylikova Livestock Farming TDİOSB, it was observed that in addition to 16 existing parcel allocations, 7 new parcel allocations were made between June 30, 2023, and December 31, 2023, totaling 23 parcel allocations. Within this framework, allocations were made for the establishment of a total of 3,250-capacity cattle fattening facilities, comprising 7 facilities for 50 head, 3 facilities for 100 head, and 13 facilities for 200 head.

During the meeting, it was noted that since 2017, investors who had been allocated parcels but had not paid the parcel fees or had not completed their investments and started operations were given until January 31, 2024, to settle their debts and complete their investments, as per the decision of the board of entrepreneurs dated December 4, 2023, and numbered 2023/7, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was determined by the commission that investors had fully completed the required documents, including application forms and investment information forms, and that the Parcel Allocation Agreement and Investment Commitment Letter were properly prepared.

At the conclusion of the inspection and review meeting, the commission chairman and members thanked Yurdal Çetinkaya, the Director of Beylikova Livestock Farming TDİOSB, and the Board of Directors for their regular efforts and extended their best wishes for success.
