Support from Metropolitan Municipality to producers in Korkuteli

The Agricultural Services Directorate of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality distributed pistachio seedlings in the Korkuteli district. A total of 1540 pistachio seedlings were distributed to 140 farmers. In addition, to encourage alternative crop cultivation in Korkuteli, 3,125 aronia seedlings, 1830 blackberry seedlings, and 1315 raspberry seedlings were granted to producers. Farmers expressed their satisfaction with the seedling support and conveyed their thanks to President Muhittin Böcek.

Milk tank support

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality also supported livestock producers. Metropolitan teams provided a milk cooling tank to the Mamatlar Village Milk Producers Cooperative in Korkuteli to ensure the cold chain after milking. Village Headman Süleyman Taşkan thanked Antalya Metropolitan Municipality for the milk tank support, saying, 'We were in great need of a milk tank. Thanks to the Metropolitan Municipality, we now have Turkey's highest-quality cooling tank. Every morning, we come here early and deliver our milk. I thank Antalya Metropolitan Municipality President Muhittin Böcek for providing us with the state-of-the-art milk cooling tank.
